Hi. My name is Maria Morris from Grace Manufacturing. I'm the one who sent out the free Microplane you requested earlier this past summer.

It is our mission at Grace to help woodworkers and other craftsmen accomplish their purposes by making easier-to-use, longer lasting tools that are sold at a fair price.

Assuming that you've received the Microplane and had a chance to try it out, I'm going to ask you a few questions to find out if we're accomplishing our goal.
