Microplane Direct Web Purchase Returns
If you're not totally satisfied with your Microplane.com purchase, you may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Microplane products are designed to meet standard and quality. If you believe a product you purchased to be defective, it may be returned. If the return is not related to a quality issue, please submit a Return Authorization Request. If accepted, we will send instructions and an RMA # to the email address provided. Simply return the Microplane item in its original, unused condition (including all original packaging and tags) within 30 days for a full refund, less shipping costs. Make sure to include the Microplane Direct issued RMA# anywhere on the return package. Returns accepted in our warehouse that do not abide by these terms are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
