At Microplane, we ensure each of our products is crafted with precision and care, backed by a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. We offer a robust warranty and return service, designed to address your concerns and uphold our product standards.
Warranty Policy
Microplane products are built with the utmost quality and precision and come with a Warranty that covers manufacturing defects. This warranty is valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. If any manufacturing defects are found within this period, we will replace your product free of charge.
Limitation: Beyond 3 years of use, our Warranty does not extend to product replacement. However, we appreciate your loyalty and are pleased to offer a discount on a new product as a courtesy. For more information on this exclusive discount offer, please contact our customer service team.
Please note that our Lifetime Warranty does not cover the following circumstances:
- Improper use or misuse of the product.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage caused by accident, neglect, abuse, fire, or Acts of God.
- Damage due to improper cleaning, disassembly, alterations, or modifications.

Warranty Claims
- General Policy: Each warranty claim is handled on a case-by-case basis. We cannot guarantee every component of your Microplane product will be available for a warranty claim due to various factors.
- Authorized Dealer Requirement: Warranty claims will only be considered if the product was purchased from an authorized dealer.
How to Submit a Claim
- Email your request to [email protected].
- Attach a photo of the item and proof of purchase (if you ordered online, include your Order Number)
- Please include your shipping address
International Warranty Claims
- European Claims: If you purchased your Microplane from a European retailer, please contact them directly to handle your warranty claim, helping you avoid unnecessary delays and shipping charges. If there is no retailer in your area, or you purchased the product outside of your current location, please visit our European office at Microplaneintl.com.
Canadian Warranty Claims
- Canadian Retail Purchases: If your Microplane product was bought from a Canadian retailer and you wish to return an unused product, please contact the retailer directly. We do limit 1 claim per person due to shipping costs. Proof of purchase and a photo of the product is required before processing your claim.
Assessment & Follow-Up
Once we receive your email, our customer service team will evaluate your case and inform you of the appropriate next steps. If your warranty claim is approved, we will facilitate an exchange as necessary.
