The fourth Friday in June is always International Rosé Day. Nothing says hello to a beautiful summer afternoon like a glass of cold Rosé. It is bright, light, and delicate, and it is often paired with the freshest fruits of the season. The color pink reminds us of sunsets, primroses, and strawberries. Usually, though, work has to be done, whether it is in the kitchen prepping for family get-togethers or in the garden. And you need to leave the bottle unfinished. If the cork no longer fits into the neck of the bottle, use your Microplane grater to shave off a portion of the cork so it can easily fit back into the bottle!

Or, use up the rest of your wine in other innovative ways.
